Via standard Salesforce OAuth 2.0. Your OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 via AWS KMS. We never see or store your Salesforce password.

Pocavi supports GDPR workflows and stores data in the UK (London) today, with EU, US and APAC regions coming as customers need them. We publish a Data Processing Agreement and a sub-processor list, and the product maintains a processing register. We hold no security certification yet and intend to pursue SOC 2. Admin and Compliance are priced per Salesforce estate, which covers your production org and its sandboxes. Talk to us if you run several separate production orgs and we will price it properly rather than multiplying the list price.
