Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (London and Stockholm regions). We use encryption at rest and in transit, and follow the principle of least privilege for all access controls.

  • Waitlist and contact data: retained until you request removal, or for up to 24 months after collection if we have not heard from you.
  • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised, retained indefinitely.

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability.
